Baldwin Senior Living at Woodmont Commons
The Baldwin Senior Living at Woodmont Commons in Londonderry, New Hampshire is a modern senior living community with a mission of "Life at its Core." This expansive development encompasses six multi-story buildings featuring residential units, amenities, community spaces, and more - all highlighting an innovative approach to design. Specified by DiMella Shaffer and Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design, and represented by Boston Light Source, our Snooker was specified as a focal point for The Baldwin's main stairway. Installed on our Clicktrack Magnetic Track System, the Snooker fixtures create a captivating cascade effect at the stairway's center. Each fixture is dynamically placed, forming a striking visual art piece that enchants viewers from any position on the stairway. Snooker's innovative Gravity Lift system allows for easy adjustment of the fixtures, enabling the arrangement to be refreshed over time. Its contemporary design beautifully aligns with the modern vision for The Baldwin.
